Remember, the registration form is only 1/2 of the registration process. After completing the form, you must submit the entry fee in order to be registered.  Registration is not final until that fee is received, meaning that your team’s spot in the tournament is not reserved until the fee is received.

All fees must be submitted by 4:00pm, Monday, Nov. 15, 2010, either to 1) a sport business student, 2) Steinke Physical Education Center (SPEC), Room 100- Dept of Health and Kinesiology (attn: Dr. Wilson), or 3) to SPEC 112, Dr. Wilson’s office.
